Shipping

Rugs are produced and made within 3 days. 
Tracking numbers are provided when your order is in transit and have left our warehouse.
Custom rugs are made to order and may need an extra 7 days for production.


Please note that shipping times may be longer than usual during periods of high demand or if the item is out of stock.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequent emails will be sent to you when your order is dispatched and delivered.

TRACKING

At our shop, we understand the importance of keeping our customers informed about the status of their orders. We strive to provide accurate and timely tracking information for all shipments. However, please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available online. Additionally, please be aware that couriers may not always scan the parcel at each step of the delivery process. If you do not see any updates on your tracking information within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please get in touch with our customer service team for assistance.

Once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any contact or control over it, and you will need to contact the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered, we have entirely no contact with it, and you will need to contact the courier directly with any questions and concerns you may have. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping! By country and order weight, international shipping costs can vary.
Custom rugs may be shipped internationally from our partners to reduce production and shipping time.

Please get in touch with your local customs office for any international orders that have been in transit f
or more than 20 days to find out if the package is ready for pick up or if customs charges are delaying it. No Refunds.
